I will first briefly describe my case followed by an overview of Impaired Sensitivity to Thyroid Hormone, what it means and a short description of the various types.  We need to understand how thyroid hormone works at the receptor level and then progress onto the fields of toxicology and endocrine disruption.  I will try to make it as clear as possible.
